Role Overview

VISI Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned Federal Acquisition professional to provide expert-level support for high-priority capital investments and procurements. You will act as a strategic partner to Contracting Officers (COs), navigating the complexities of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) to support our client’s mission-critical systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Support: Manage all phases of the acquisition process, including pre-award planning, source selection, and post-award administration.

• Investment Oversight: Oversee capital investments and large-scale procurements to ensure fiscal responsibility and mission alignment.

• Policy Development: Develop and implement acquisition policies that streamline workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Contracting Officer Support: Assist COs with drafting solicitations, performing market research, and executing contract modifications.

• Mission Support: Procure essential systems, goods, and services that drive federal infrastructure and operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7 years of direct Federal Acquisition experience.

• Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the FAR and in-depth familiarity with the FAA AMS (including the Lifecycle Management System).

• Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience supporting decision-makers through complex source selections.

• Communication: Ability to translate technical acquisition requirements into clear, actionable policy and documentation.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
